Impeach Obama Rally

This blog post incorporates comments from HiPlainsDrifter frequent poster at biggovernment.com News Source.

I heard about the rally from Roger Ogden’s facebook page, Roger sometimes posts at Maggie’s Santee East County Tea Party message board where I am a frequent poster.  I attended the Impeach Obama Rally on Saturday.  The current regime I feel is creating a Social Democracy.  There is nothing wrong with democracy, when it is the cornerstone of a Republican form of government that is the Rule of Law over the whims of any one man.; the issue comes when you put Social in front of it.  Then the democracy becomes a launching pad for Social Justice.  Social Justice is a figment of someone’s imagination and ideally it would exist if we were all the same size, shape, color, social status, intelligence, attention to moral value, ambition you get the idea, Social Justice is a fantasy term for self loathing people that like to shout “No Fair”.

I’m wondering how many of us have had parents tell us “Life is not fair” I can’t tell you how many times I heard that growing up.  I remember when the ice cream truck came around and my sister or cousin got a better ice cream than me, I would pitch a fit, even crying in my bed about it.  Yes I remember that vividly I also vowed to get my revenge.  Ah childhood, adolescents and liberalism all seem to be related.

Update:  Roger’s Rally goes National as Patriot News picks it up and publishes it

The Impeach Obama Rally promised to be big; there were 700 responses on Facebook to attend.  I did have my doubts though when I read there were no speakers in attendance, but oh well, I am all about restoring freedom to this Democratic Republic I planned to attend anyway.  Facebook is a strange place, I have a page but it’s only to promote Conservative ideals for the country it’s not a part of my social life.  I believe that the people responding to Roger’s rally were people who never intended to attend but instead sign up for everything and anything just because it is there.  That is too bad that there are such people who commit and don’t follow through.  If the founding fathers had done that, we’d be part of the European Union right now or worse being held to Sharia Law.  I want to say to some people on Facebook “losers”, it’s time to walk away from the Farmville and Mafia Wars and engage in real life and battle, doing battle with real life villains such as the current regime attempting to turn us into a Social Democracy.  In other words “Get a friggin’ life please”.

Over all there were in attendance 70 gung ho, get this guy outta there Patriots of which 3 were me and two of my friends.  I interviewed a few people and the people I interviewed were not even from San Diego,  There were at least 6 cops in attendance as well and one news media who left shortly after I arrived at 3pm.  The rally was from 2 to 5.  I have a theory of why California is in such bad shape and if my theory holds any kind of water, California is doomed to becoming Greece.  People here don’t care.  Seven hundred people said they would attend, 70 people showed up that’s how California is.  As long as they can still get money or credit for gasoline, weekends will be spent doing fun family events and fixing the government isn’t a concern.  What has to happen first is for the fun to stop and the seriousness of the situation sink in.  I am so guilty; we stayed for an hour then went up to Cabrillo Monument to take in the beauty that is San Diego.  Oh yes, I am guilty.  I attend the rallies, but as of late I have been feeling that rallies are only as good as the number of people willing to commit.  Rallies won’t change anything; they only make people aware of the situation.  People don’t want to know the situation, they’d rather close their eyes, click their heels 3 times and say “there’s no place like home” then wait for the great wizard to get them out of this mess.

Isn’t that how we got into this mess?  We’ve been asleep at the wheel and when the economy started to become tight instead of digging in and tightening our belts we (maybe you, but not me) looked to that magical flying unicorn that could leap huge financial burdens in a single bound, the community organizer who “had a dream” to fundamentally transform America.  Really what did people think that meant?  I was not fooled but a lot of people were.  The Unicorn has shown once again to only be a fairy tale creature and what we have instead is a Traitor to the country.  This traitor has taken the sides of foreign nationals over his own countrymen.  Divide and conquer, that sounds more like a man bent on dictatorship, not uniting us and making us stronger.

Nah, I’m not going to reiterate this sick man’s lack of American Values, we all know about them.  If you want to know more about them, email me, I will fill in the gaps the Main Stream Media has neglected to fill in.

Impeach Obama it’s a great slogan and it’s a credible thought but only to a people who are willing to step outside of their comfort zone.  This traitor must be removed; these acts of Treason must be punished.  It must be done by the people for the people We the People must now step up to the plate.  In Obama’s own words “We can’t have the keys back”.  We instead must abandon his car and then get onboard the bus to freedom.  We each need a chance to drive that bus; we must all share the responsibility.  The economy may have been in the ditch in 2008 but it’s a car wrecked heap at the bottom of a cliff right now with signs of the gas tank bursting into flames.  In retrospect Obama, keep your keys; your car isn’t going anywhere.

Time to step up America, We the People must unite and make our government work as it was intended to.  We must force term limits for all politicians, no more “Career Politics”.  No more special interests, no more private jets for Speaker of the House.  They work for us, they must do what we say or be fired.  A plan must be put in place, we need to re-read the Declaration of Independence and memorize the constitution so that its words are second nature to us.  We need to return the values and morals that once made us strong that once united us as one country.  No more hyphenated people we are Americans of “fill in the blank” decent.

  1. Good post Holly…I happened to be there and noted the small turn out also…Noticed a lyndon LaDouche Obama/BP sign carrier, along with and End the FED! pinhead, and a “Get back on the Gold Standard”…”Kennedy died for Silver Certificates”… more fringe people than TeaParty regs… shame the TeaParty folks have to be associated with the crazy fringe element…They just give US a bad name…

  2. Hello, I wish I had known about your rally. I would have been there. I am so sick of what is happening to our country. I am guilty along with many for the way we vote. But you have to admit that politicians are the biggest lyres living. I would have never voted for anyone who would let another countries president dictate what he thought we should do. That was very embarrassing to me and I was so upset that I have never gotten over it. I heard that the Mexican drug bosses are paying our government to let them in and to eventually let them all become citizens. What is this President thinking, how could he stop a state from passing a law to keep its people safe. Why is he not taking care of our borders. I think he should be tried for treason. Signed a very concerned citizen of the USA

    • Hi Celina:
The government should not be suing Sheriff Joe for upholding the law and they should not be bring a suit against the State of Arizona for protecting it’s citizens. This is all so very crazy. I think he is so arrogant that he thinks most of the US will side with him. They don’t. He does need to be Impeached and I think his law license should be removed too.

  3. Holly, I had been monitoring with great interest the “impeachment rally”
in San Diego. Unfortunately, I don’t live in San Diego. I commend what
you did and I also share your thoughts on Obama. I disagree with your
critic there at the rally. Although the attendance may not be as good as
expected, but that is indeed a good start. Hopefully the next rally will attract
more attendance – not only in San Diego but through out the country.
Keep up your patriotic spirit and God bless!

    • Thanks Ed! Yes I know I was a little harsh in my assessment, I’m getting impatient with America and I think it shows. I really thought there was going to be at least 300 people but my friend counted 70. I apologize for my negative-ism I should be glad that 70 people showed up in of all places California! Especially when I myself took off after an hour to do fun family stuff.

  4. I was there.

That’s a pretty good assessment of the rally and the situation. Big change always starts out with a few brave, committed people of vision, then expands if they can get their message across and win supptrt. If ever someone need to be inmpeached, this is THE e ONE.

We do need to do more of these and refine/circulate the Articles of Impeachment.

Got something to say?
