Grinding California Down Part II

The enemy has defeated us without firing a shot. Joseph Stalin said “America is like a healthy body and its resistance is threefold: it’s Patriotism, its Morality and its Spiritual life. If we can undermine these three areas, America will collapse from within”.  Around 60 years after Stalin’s death the Socialists have been successful and California is the shining example of what patience and determination can do.

Our patriotism is at best questionable, our students don’t learn basic American History as it is seen to be demeaning to Indians, Blacks, Hispanics, and Homosexuals, in essence American History had to be changed so we don’t hurt the feelings of protected classes of people. Without proper study of our History, it’s difficult to be Patriotic; the pledge of allegiance to the flag is no longer required in schools.  A new pledge to the World is being circulated in schools, it is: I pledge allegiance to the world, to care for earth and sea and air, To cherish every living thing, With peace and justice everywhere.  This was first implemented in Superior Wisconsin.

Morality.  Morality is the wisdom to do what is right, not to do what our freedom allows us to do.  Confusing?  Our Constitution bestows on us rights; Morality keeps us from abusing those rights.  Morality is what defined us as a culture.  Morality kept our families strong.  Currently 50% of marriages end in divorce and 40% of children are born outside of marriage.  We have undergone a Culture Revolution and if you look around, it has not made us better.  There are 19 million new cases of STDs a year, 7 percent of students attempt suicide each year

Spiritual life.  God has been removed; Karl Marx knew that God needed to be de-throned in order for Communism to come to power.  Get rid of the competition that is the only way for evil to win.  Our Constitution ensures that the government stays out of our religion; however it was not intended to keep religion out of the government; hence Washington is laden with Christian symbols. In his Communist Manifesto Marx says “My object in life is to dethrone God and destroy capitalism”.  Edmund Burke said “All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing” We have done nothing to stop this evil from spreading, we have embraced it as we have embraced all things that are contrary to our Patriotism, Morality and Spirituality.

It doesn’t matter if you are an Atheist or a Believer, the facts are clear this nation was founded by Christian men, John Adams said “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”  We have now become a nation that believes Government has the solution for all our needs.  Americans are no longer looking to a ‘Higher Power’ they are looking toward an all powerful Government.  A government big enough to give you all your needs is a government big enough to take all you have.

I’m not forcing religion on anyone, there have been non-believers since the dawn of this nation, yet we survived, the Socialist saw this and they realized in order to destroy us, they must get the non-believers to believe that the believers are bigots and must be ground down.  This has been accomplished through legislation designed to force Americans to question their beliefs and essentially lie to avoid ‘offending’ we call this Political Correctness and embracing lifestyles contrary to what is moral.  California is lost, in 1992 there was a meeting at UC Berkeley of the Communist Party USA and they outlined goals that needed yet to be accomplished.  Every one of those goals has been met and California is at the point of no return or an organized rebellion.

Unless you are a Socialist, Liberal or Progressive nothing in California makes sense. We just cut our own throats by passing Cap and Trade legislation. This is a guarantee that jobs will be destroyed at double the current rate. Unemployment in California is 12.1% in the urban areas; it is 40% in the Central Valley.  What did California do?  They made sure that the cost of doing business in California quadruples.  Does this make sense?

The government of California has control of our lives, we will be added to the collectivism that is Socialism. They are taking your parental rights to allow them more control over our youth. The Unions own the Schools and the Unions and California Legislature work together.  If you own the Youth, you own the future.  Vladimir Lenin the founder of the USSR said “Give me four years to teach the children and the seed I have sown will never be uprooted.”

To ensure their success the CA Legislature has secured a whole voting class by providing welfare, healthcare, tuition and food to illegal occupants of our State (aka illegal immigrants) and refusing to check IDs of voters.  The Legislature is making it impossible for employers to use E-verify or they will be fined, that is legislation headed to Governor Clown’s desk.  Does it sound like the California Legislature is working in your best interest? All legislation coming out of Sacramento is designed to grind down the middle class, to force us to comply with something that will eventually destroy us.  The goal is complete government control.  Socialism can be defined in two words “Big Government”.

There is so much wrong and I don’t have the space to prove it.  I encourage the reader to get a copy of “Agenda: Grinding America Down” and watch it. I encourage you to follow your elected representatives to see how they are voting.  We have to turn this around. They will be coming for our guns soon and I pity anyone tasked with that job. There is no California official with enough intestinal fortitude to come personally; they will grind us down until all we have are empty shell casings with which to defend ourselves.

The Grinding down of California

I borrowed a lot of what I am about to cover from a movie I saw Saturday, including the title to this entry. The movie was put on by the North County Conservatives at a Senior Center in Escondido, I mention this because there was a lot of work put into this event and organizers never get enough credit. The movie is Agenda: Grinding America Down written and produced by Curtis Bowers who was appointed by the Governor to the Idaho State Legislature in 2007.  He decided as part of his duty he should write a monthly letter to the editor. In 2008 he remembered a meeting of the Communist Party USA he was asked to attend in 1992 and decided to write his letter on that. That letter outlined the goals of the Communist Party USA from 1992 and it caused quite a stir in Idaho.  Curtis was on hand to take questions and sign copies of his movie.

I live in SoCal that is Southern California. The people of SoCal are some of the most fortunate yet at the same time unfortunate people in the country. I once told someone “I live in San Diego, why would I want to go to freakin Hawaii?” and that’s how I feel. I never believed in the past that one day I would leave the frigid Mid-West to live in San Diego, CA America’s finest city. It is gorgeous here; the weather is always nice even when the weather is bad it’s nice. I live on the side of a mountain overlooking a valley. I can go 16 miles west and be at the beach or go 30 miles east and be in the desert.  In January, February or March I can have Sunshine, drive 50 miles east and be in the snow. The people who settled California must have felt that they had found paradise.

California is under attack and it has been, I can’t tell you how long, I only moved here 3.5 years ago. I do know that America has been under attack since the 1930s and I would say that California has been undergoing a subversive change since the 1960s. In an uneducated guess I think it’s been since the 20s here in California when the artists started building beach homes in La Jolla. I went to visit a historical site a few weeks ago and read a story about Artists coming from Europe to live at the beach, bringing their advanced European Socialist ideals.

Our enemy has breached the borders, they have sneaked in, in broad daylight, and they were brought here by bus, by plane and by automobile. Our enemy lives, works and plays amongst us. I am not speaking of Illegal Aliens or Militant Muslims our enemies are the very officials we have elected to enforce our constitution and to represent us in Sacramento, our enemy has destroyed us from within. California as a State is no longer capable of making rational decisions our judgment is no longer sane, how can we survive when the inmates are running the asylum?

The prisons in California are overcrowded it was decided in May that 30,000 prisoners had to be released.  California is a state of 36 million legal residents and of these legal residents only 32,000 have qualified for a concealed carry permit, that means only 32,000 people can carry a concealed hand gun with them. We do have open carry of a hand gun until January of 2012, then at which time we will be rendered defenseless while 30,000 more criminals walk our streets. This is one example of how California has been ground down by the Left. The idea of what is right is now wrong, that which is wrong is now hailed as right. What do I mean? More criminals will be on the street, while we are no longer able to legally carry a gun to defend ourselves that is SB144. Children as young as 12 can seek an injection from a clinic for a sexually transmitted disease without their parent’s consent thanks to AB499 however SB746 forbids a child under 18 from visiting a tanning booth or bed. Huh? Why are there no massive protests in Sacramento? Why are there students standing around in parks screaming obscenities at Wall Street but in California in our families its business as usual.

We have been desensitized to what is right, it no longer matters because it’s all relative. We have been broken down systematically over the last 50 to 90 years by the enemy from within. You reading this, can you distinguish between right and wrong or do you answer that it depends on the circumstances? Since when is it ever right to promote promiscuity for our children? Since when is it ever right to release criminals then take away our right to defend ourselves? Since when is it OK to give a criminal a free education and deny that to a lawful, legal resident?  SB131 is the DREAM ACT for California, where an already over burdened state in debt $26 billion dollars with a Trillion $$ in unfunded pensions is going to provide a free college education for non-citizens of the USA. When is it right to steal from one person to give to another?  Depends?

When I mention the Left I am referring to the Useful Idiots of the Communist Party USA. Useful Idiots are anyone who promotes the Agenda of the Communists or believes that Socialism is better than Capitalism.  Vladimir Lenin, the Founder of the USSR coined the term Useful Idiots “Lenin put it another way, often saying that capitalist dupes “will sell us the rope with which to hang them.” He called them “the useful idiots.””  Now the Capitalists are fighting to hang on while the Democrat Useful Idiots sell us out, using Capitalism and our Constitution against us.

Socialism has one goal and that is Communism. Is Communism dead?  There are more members of the Communist Party now than there ever has been. One of the things the members are doing is not using the name Communist or Socialist as they have a bad connotation.  The Republican Party has slid so far left that they are at left of center, but the Democrat Party has moved so far left they have become the Useful Idiots. Communism succeeds because the people promoting the ideas are not Communists. It’s the Grandma Baby Boomer from the 1960s saying that redistributing the wealth is a good idea.  It’s easier to accept that from Grandma rather than from a Crazy man with a funny mustache shouting at crowds of people.

Promoters of Socialism or Communism, also known as the Useful Idiots are now trying to move away from the word Liberal toward the word Progressive as it sounds nicer. The movie Agenda: Grinding America Down has some incredible information that, most of us probably have seen, just never realized how it all ties in together.  Why would the Left be promoting socialism? Simple, they are either ignorant or evil. I believe many of the Useful Idiots to be ignorant, but those of the Communist Party USA are evil. In 1958 the author of the 5 Thousand Year Leap, authored a book called The Naked Communist, in that book he outlined the 45 goals of the Communist Party, all of the applicable goals have been fulfilled here in California. Literally the Communist Party USA is steps away from capturing the USA and creating the USSA; I feel the Communist Party USA has already captured California.

So what’s wrong with Socialism? What’s wrong with making everyone equal? The problem with Socialism is it leads to Communism.  So what’s wrong with Communism?  Why can’t Big Government just provide for us? Communism has killed more people in the 20^th Century than in all the preceding centuries combined.   One hundred thirty million dead at the hands of Communism, people lead to the slaughter via Socialism. There is no God in Communism, Man decides your fate, Man declares you worthy or unworthy, Man with his flawed thought and off centered mind decides if you eat or work or live or die. Communism has never benefited society, only the few who control the system. History has shown us that Socialism fails and that Communism is deadly, however these same failed, deadly policies are being taught in your children’s School and Universities at this very moment.  These policies are being implemented daily in Sacramento and in Washington.  This isn’t our Dad’s cold war, this enemy has already entered and is nearly complete with it’s destruction of the greatest Country that ever existed.  The time to wake up is now.

California AB144 Ban of Open Carry

The Responsible Citizens of California member Sam Wolanyk was the Star at today’s Open Carry Meet Up.  I was given several names for the gathering today and I’m uncertain exactly who was hosting it, who thought of it, what I do know is that we need more of them.   Sam is somewhat of a local celebrity and he is one hot dude.  In 2008 Sam was open carrying in Mission Beach when a citizen called him in.  The police arrived and behaved like ignorant savages clearly uneducated in the Constitution, but that is typical of California.  You can read the story of Sam’s False Arrest here.  Sam won a $35K lawsuit against the San Diego Police Department and where I am not someone to engage in litigation I’m happy to know that Sam did, as I know this forced the PD to better understand our rights.

Another of Sam’s claim to fame is the infamous stripping down to his underwear for the TSA you can read that story here it was all over the San Diego News.  That expression of freedom has cost him financially but I understand his passion for freedom, you can’t put a price tag on it.  I never heard of Sam before this past Thursday night, but I did the research today and I like what I have read and the videos I’ve watched.  A man this passionate about freedom is someone I want to call friend.

I learned of this gathering the prior Wednesday night, October 19th at a meeting of the minds at Andre’s on Morena Blvd.  Tink got up to announce it; Tink’s a quiet guy with lotsa gun knowledge and a unique humble quality that isn’t always associated with a gun owner.  Tink has a website and it’s called Escondido Open Carry and they are dedicated to the restoration and preservation of our 2^nd Amendment Rights, guaranteed under the US Constitution.

Governor Jerry Moonbeam errr Governor Clown oh geez I mean Jerry Brown Governor of California has recently signed 3 anti gun bills into law.  The bill that brought about today’s rally was AB144 which is the open carry ban.  Years ago (if you know when, please let me know) there was a law passed in CA that stated (Credit to commenter Matt–>) In 1967 the Mulford Act was introduced in CA and it stated that your weapon had to be unloaded to open carry which is silly but the magazines could be loaded and holstered for easy access.  Now the open carry of an unloaded weapon will be banned on January 1^st 2011.  The Meet Up event today was to bring awareness of AB144 and how it violates our US Constitutional right to bear arms.

I went to the forum board CalGuns.net and was sadly disappointed.  I did not read all the forums I concentrated on the ones relating to today’s open carry event.  The posters in that thread at Calguns.net were unhappy about today’s demonstration.  Now that I think of it, I recently purchased a gun and while making that purchase at Discount Gun Mart in Santee, the manager said he was glad the open carry had been banned.  What he had said to me was being echoed at Calguns.net.  Why?  There was some blather about maybe now Jerry Clown would allow Concealed Carry that thought is sillier than carrying an unloaded weapon openly.  Mr. Moonbeam during his campaign touted his record on being pro-gun.  The posters at Calguns.net advocated for Jerry Brown for Governor.    Calguns was wrong and they are still promoting Jerry Brown, what gives guys?

An avid gun owner, friend of mine and co-worker voted for Jerry Brown because Calguns was promoting Mr. Brown for Governor.  I agree Meg Whitman would have been an equally bad choice but Jerry Brown is one of the key players of why California is so badly deteriorated.  Jerry Brown will never OK concealed carry, Jerry Brown can no longer say he is pro-gun; Jerry Brown should step down or be recalled.  The people at Calguns should be realistic and realize that if we don’t STEP UP and OUT of the pastures guns will only be in Museums with some old men telling tales of how people use to carry them for protection but now the people of California willingly give into a criminal because they are helpless to defend themselves.

When I go back to get the Pink Camo AR 15 I recently purchased, after the 10 day waiting period, I am going to tell the manger there what a fool he is to think AB144 is a good thing.  Any violation of a constitutional right is another freedom destroyed by bureaucrats.  There never should have been an ‘unloaded open carry’ it should be open carry, the second amendment tells us “A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”

California, you need to wake up, they are coming for our guns, they are coming for our children (read the blog entitled California and the Garadasil Bill and SB48) they are coming for your land (read the article entitled California and Private Property Rights) they are coming for your money (Occupy San Diego).  We can’t keep our heads in the sand any longer and using the excuse that ‘unloaded open carry’ was dumb anyway, just will not do.  If you don’t stand up for yourself who do you think is going to?  Some official who is elected year after year because he can’t get a real job?  Evil will prevail if good men do nothing.

Occupy San Diego

They are the 99%?  I guess I am one of the 1%

I’m the first to admit; I’ve not paid close attention to ‘Occupy Wall Street’ in New York or elsewhere, why give credence where there is no credibility.  I took an interest when I viewed a video by Jesse Watters that was so funny, I had to believe it was a spoof, but it wasn’t.  Occupy San Diego has become just one in a string of ‘Occupies’ and isn’t any more or less important than the others except that San Diego is where I live.

I hopped on the Trolley today at Grantville Station and rode downtown San Diego with hopes of catching my own Occupy video like Jesse Watters did.  I couldn’t find them, that is until Bonnie from Facebook sent me a message where they were.  I didn’t know that they had marched yesterday, Friday the 7^th; I thought they were marching for the first time today.  I was on the trolley headed to the Civic Center when a stretch of orange tents caught my eye, I thought to myself “either the homeless have decided to shop at REI or that is Occupy San Diego”.  I got off at the Sea Port Village stop and there they were in Children’s Park, next to the Children’s Museum.

What a site to see, the beautiful pool with its sparkling blue water and tall Palms surrounding it and gathered at its edge the unsightly mass of orange and green tents.  It was a contradiction without speaking words.  A group of young men from Carlsbad were disassembling a large orange tent and I asked them “Are you setting up a jumpy house?” This seemed to baffle them as if I were speaking Latin.  They looked at each other for an answer and decided it would be best to ignore me.  I’m not offended; I found it to be a good thing.  This was just the beginning of my quest for non-answers.

What can be said of a movement that embraces the young and old hippy alike?  It was a peaceful bunch, the kind of forced peace you get with a treaty, you could tell that just beneath the surface of the loving and affection they were professing, lie a desire to force each and every person in the US to Socialism, not knowing that once they attained that goal, they’d be pissing and moaning about it trying to change it.  I was not comfortable with this crowd, I felt like an ice sculpture in a punch bowl surrounded by floating turds.  The situation at Children’s Park among the Occupiers of San Diego was so disorganized I had to wonder if someone had taken a Tea Party and turned it inside out.  It was the antithesis to a Tea Party or to attending the Sharron Angle event last night.  The event last night it was Comradery at Occupy San Diego it was Komradery .

Who is at the top of the food chain?

Maybe it’s just me, because I don’t think like them, because I can’t see Socialism as a solution, it’s possible that clouds my judgment and forces me to see evil where it does not exist.  NAH that was a fleeting thought, there is only Right and Wrong, Capitalism is Right, Socialism is Wrong.  If Socialism were Right Jesus would have told the Disciples “Go ye therefore to all nations forcing them to believe in me”.  If Socialism were the right thing then the bible would tell us to let the government take care of the poor and the needy, it tells US, you ‘n me to take care of the poor and needy.  The Israelites demanded a King and I believe this was the start of their big problems, instead of trusting in God and themselves they demanded a King and they got 4000 years of misery out of that.  Socialism is a failed science experiment, no matter who is conducting that experiment it’s going to fail.

I saw enough today to convince me that Occupy Wall Street is a Socialist Movement and it has nothing to do with freedom whatsoever.  The women today frightened me, not because they were scary looking but because they reminded me of drones, zombies really.  Middle aged to older women dressed like hippies espousing radical leftist thoughts.  One woman in particular I’d put her at 60 with her husband and two dogs, both dogs were adorned with signs.  I asked the woman if one of the dogs was an Irish Wolfhound and she snapped at me “It’s a Golden Snoodle” (as if I’d know my snoodle from a hole in the ground right?).  I followed her for awhile and she was chanting with the crowd boisterously and I think if she would have had a whip, she would have been cracking it.  I pray those dogs were her only offspring.

I have amassed a collection of pictures and video that I am going to direct you to.  See for yourself what was there and come to your own conclusion.  Are you one of the 99% or are you one of the 1%.  Could those statistics be flawed?  Could the Occupy bunch be mistaken when they say “There is a 99% chance you are one of us”.  I will never be one of them; I will be tarred, feathered, strapped to a pole and set aflame before I join them.  Freedom isn’t free and it doesn’t come through re-distribution of wealth, it comes from people trusting enough in God and themselves to define it and then fight for it.  My visit with this hodge podge group of intellectually mediocre folk ended with a march that included a drum beat and chanting that was lead by various individuals.  I will put the clips below.  Enjoy!

California and Private Property Rights

Agenda 21 was first conceived in 1972 in Stockholm, Sweden. In 1992 in Rio de Janeiro American President George HW Bush signed on with the UN’s first Agenda 21 Soft Treaty. Excerpt “On June 29, 1993 President Clinton issued Executive Order 12852 establishing the President’s Council on Sustainable Development as a result of the Rio Earth Summit in an effort to cooperate and implement the goals of Agenda 21. That EO was revoked by Executive Order 13138 on September 30 1999. During George W. Bush’s two terms as President he continued to further the goals of this UN agenda, following his father’s lead. Agenda 21 literally means their plans for the 21st Century.  ICLEI is the International Counsel for Local Environmental Initiatives, their name is synonymous with Agenda 21, these are non-elected officials sitting on boards that exist solely to push the UN’s goal for a One World Society.  You can go to ICLEI’s Website and read about their work.  Here is an edited Excerpt regarding ICLEI “Over 600 cities in the United States belong to ICLEI. Close to 150 are in the state of California and many California counties are also members. Membership in ICLEI puts a town or county indirectly under UN control. That is why we see so many cities now marching to the ICLEI drumbeat. They resemble the same Sustainable Development “stack em and pack em” housing, very little parking available. The housing is “live and work” housing, with shops and working areas on the bottom level and living quarters on the second and third floor. It almost resembles the good old feudal days of yesteryear in Europe. What drives all this – grant money that is offered to strapped cities and, of course, wanting to fall in line with the “politically correct, green movement.”

Sustainable is a ‘Nice’ sounding word for “Taking your land and sharing it out with the crack whore down the street”.    The UN’s Agenda 21 treaty intends to take private land from citizens and secure it against private use and force you to give up your private property rights.   It’s called communitarianism.  Sustainability employs smart growth zoning templates that preserve land by cramming Americans into dense developments funded with government subsidies to create social equity where others are stakeholders in your property.

Richard Rothschild of the 4^th District of Maryland, a rural community ran on the Anti-Agenda 21 platform and won.  Small farmers and rural land owners feel the pinch of Agenda 21 right now.  They are suffering the loss of land use and are having to spend more money purchasing permits that take months even years to obtain.   “The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, which is a part of DOT, wants to adopt standards that would reclassify all farm vehicles and implements as Commercial Motor Vehicles, officials said. Likewise, the proposal, if adopted, would require all farmers and everyone on the farm who operates any of the equipment to obtain a CDL, they added.”   That would mean anyone driving a farm vehicle would have to study and pass the CDL exam which is costly and time consuming.

An excerpt from Richard Rothschild’s webpage “Sustainability invokes government power to enforce activists’ views of environmentalism. They want to replace farmers’, ranchers’ and other landowners’ concept of stewardship with government-centric control. It merges environmentalism and socialism to expand government into every aspect of our lives, including land use, food production, housing, transportation, manufacturing, energy rationing and even health care.  It adopts a de-facto UN bias that free-market capitalism is bad and government is good, while ignoring the inconvenient truth that countries with government-centric economies are usually the most environmentally irresponsible.”

Agenda 21/Sustainability has its nose in the tent.  In a blog of 1200 words or less I am unable to cover every detail, I encourage the reader to do the research.  Those of us in California are far worse off, in California we have CARB, the California Air Resource Board an extension of the EPA that wants to pack us into communities in the name of economic and environmental justice.  The EPA is the life blood of Agenda 21; did you know that environmental groups sue the EPA when they are not controlling the environment tight enough?  Do an internet search for “EPA TMDL lawsuits” to learn what groups are suing the EPA.  EPA is funded by the Tax Payer we are picking up the bill for these lawsuits.

Ordinarily it is Liberal/Progressive/Marxist groups that are pushing for Agenda 21 but most recently Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) of Vista, CA has joined with Senator Babs Boxer (D-CA) to transform more desert into ‘protected areas’ please see the article here This new bill is being pushed by a group called Wilderness 4All what it means is people who go shooting, four wheeling, dirt biking or camping would be forbidden to do so or would be charged a fee to do so, in addition to Federal taxation maintaining the lands, there would be a permit fee to use the land.  I am of the opinion, this land should be sold to private citizens to develop as they see fit, however the push toward Agenda 21 has put us on a track to the elimination of private property and on course for a One World Society where everyone is equal except the Elitists a.k.a The Governing Body.

How well do you like your neighbors?  Would you want to live in the compartment below or above them?  Some people are use to apartment/condo dwelling and don’t mind, but it’s by choice, what happens when you lose your property rights and are forced to live in the same compartment with an alcoholic mom and her 6 illegitimate, unruly children?  This is the stuff that science fiction is made of, this is what the book 1984 is about, but it is no longer fiction, it is real and it being accomplished.

I am going to present two videos, they are both almost an hour long and I don’t expect anyone to watch these, 2 hours is a lot of time when you are busy.  The beauty to these videos is the producer of them has the time line outline in the comments section.  You can skip to the parts you want to hear.  Video 2 has the most recent and relevant information, video 1 gives a history of how we arrived at where we are.

I attended the iCaucus meeting on Saturday in Escondido where a friend Barb Decker did a presentation on Agenda 21.  She has adopted this community killing agenda as her personal cause.  She has a page on facebook called My Beloved America, I encourage you to check it out and if you appreciate what you read there please like the page so you can be updated on the progress of this encroaching Marxism.

Again if you don’t mind losing your rights, if just being a face in the crowd doesn’t bother you then don’t worry about Agenda 21, it will fully remove your rights and make you insignificant.  If you are a Freedom loving fool, like me and ordinary just isn’t good enough, then I encourage you to get active.  TURN OFF THE TV, the garbage emanating from the TV is dumbing you down; dumb people are much easier to control.  Please get out and get active in your community’s politics.

California AB499 The Gardasil Bill

There are too many bills coming out of Sacramento that a person unless they devote a life to it, could never keep up.  I had the pleasure of listening to Assemblyman Brian Jones on Saturday as he told us horror stories of his days spent in Sacramento.  Sam Paredes from California Gun Owners was there too, but that’s a whole ‘nother blog.

I have a limited number of characters, so let’s get started.  Gardasil is a vaccine that prevents 4 types of HPV or Human Papilloma Virus.  The CDC (Center for Disease Control) defines HPV as: Genital human papillomavirus (also called HPV) is the most common sexually transmitted infection (STI). There are more than 40 HPV types that can infect the genital areas of males and females.
Please note that does say 40 HPV types, NOT 4.

According to the National Cancer Institute there are 2 strains of HPV that cause Cervical Cancer the Numbers 16 and 18.  I understand Gardasil to protect against 4 strains of HPV.  “GARDASIL helps protect against 2 types of HPV that cause about 75% of cervical cancer cases and 2 more types that cause 90% of genital warts cases. In boys and young men ages 9 to 26, GARDASIL helps protect against 90% of genital warts cases.”

How low have we fallen as a society that a 9 year old girl needs to be vaccinated against a sexually transmitted disease?   AB499 “the bill, sponsored by Assemblywoman Toni Atkins, D-San Diego, would permit children 12 years old and up to consent to Gardasil vaccinations and other methods to prevent sexually-transmitted diseases without telling their parents.”

This is not the same case as Presidential Hopeful Rick Perry  (R-TX) who mandated by executive order that girls 11 and 12 years of age have a Gardasil injection before attending school.  Perry’s mandate did have an opt out for parents and Governor Brown’s bill does not seem to have a mandate however it severely limits parental rights essentially someone else will decide what is best for your child.  I believe this to be the goal of a large government, to take the minds and bodies of our children for their own.  If you control the youth you control the future.  Lucky for us, we’ve already seen this happen in 1930s Germany and are able to identify it and it can be defeated.

What I know about HPV wouldn’t fill a thimble but I do know that the government impeding our rights as parents is a bad thing.   The CDC admits to 68 deaths from Gardasil and 36 unconfirmed deaths from Gardasil, remember, Gardasil was released in 2006, I  have not heard of any drop in HPV infections, however 104 deaths that the CDC is willing to cop to in association with Gardasil is staggering.  I believe that number is much higher Judicial Watch has a page dedicated to other serious side effects and deaths that allegedly were the result of Gardasil Vaccinations.  Please click on the link to learn more about Gardasil side effects.  If I heard that the HPV infection rate had dropped dramatically, I could understand parents taking notice and protecting their children, however for a government to mandate this or to allow a health care provider to give a vaccine without the consent of the parent is obscene.

This is an excerpt “One mother of a 13-year-old girl who died 37 days after receiving the vaccination noted in a report: “I first declined getting her the vaccination but her doctor ensured me that it was safe…” After her daughter complained of a severe headache, no feeling in her foot and a tingling feeling in her leg, a doctor’s appointment was set for October 23, 2009. “My daughter never made it to Oct[ober] 23rd, which is also her birthday,” the mother noted. “She passed on Oct[ober] 17th, I found her cold unresponsive in her room at 7am….”

Gardasil has a campaign ad and it’s called ‘One Less’.  Here is one of the videos they released encouraging their vaccine, naming the side effects, but ‘possible death’ was not on the list.  I’m not against Pharmaceutical Companies making money that is Free Market Capitalism; however when you make so much money by having the government push your deadly substance it becomes Crony Capitalism and Crony Capitalism is manipulation of the market using the Tax Payer as a source of revenue.

At what point will the California Legislature, or any Government here in the USA start telling us when to sleep, when to eat, when to potty?  Laugh if you will, but it’s not far off.  Here we have the First Lady encouraging us to lie to our children with her “Let’s Move” campaign, please see this video.   Anytime the government mandates something you have to question it.  What is their motive?  In the case of Rick Perry and Jerry Brown on the surface it looks like they are ‘Do gooders’ trying to protect their citizens from a horrible disease that kills about 12,000 women a year.  That sounds very noble of them, however what about drunk driving?  In 2008 14,000 people died as a result of drunk driving.

Living has risks associated with it.  Every time we step out our door the chances of being hit by a car increases 100 fold but wait, staying home doesn’t make you any safer, 22 thousand people a year fall to their deaths in their own homes.  Where is the government on that one?  What about the 29,000 people that die from poisoning each year?  The statistics are staggering of how people die; does the government feel it can save us all from everything?

Why is the government in the business of saving us anyway?  The constitution clearly states it’s the job of the Government to provide mail (they can’t even efficiently do that), roads for the mail to travel on, and protect our borders (which they most certainly are not doing).  Governor Brown, isn’t it time to start working on reducing the $trillion unfunded pension deficit or the $26 billion spending deficit.  Governor Brown it’s time to go back to a part time Legislature.

This year California is on target to have 2300 new regulations and laws to go into effect in January, which ones will affect you?  ALL of them, they are all going to cost you tax dollars.  The Gardasil bill alone is $130 per child vaccinated, how many being vaccinated will be done so under a government program?  Per 100 children the cost to the state is $130K.  Gardasil encourages both boys and girls to be vaccinated.  Do the math, there are 449,000 on Welfare in California, if only have half of those have children of the vaccination age (11 and 12) that is over $29 million in tax dollars going to pay for a vaccine that may just kill some of them.  California Legislature, GO HOME.

California SB568 and Sustainable Development

Greetings residents of Commifornia!  If you are reading this, hopefully you are a conservative, if not…you are probably on the wrong page, but that’s OK, stay for a moment and see if this information is helpful to you.   We all know that Google, like Facebook is owned, designed and operated by constitution hating, progressive liberal policy loving Elitists.  When I want to research the CA Senate Bills, I always have to wade through the lies of the mentally ill on the left to get to the truth.  In short I am doing the heavy lifting for you on this one.

I’m going to let the economy killers have the first go at this debate.  They will have exactly two paragraphs.  Here is the text of Senate Bill 568   and here the Greenies give you their misleading facts on SB568(P).  “SB 568 would prohibit a food vendor or restaurant on or after January 1, 2014 from dispensing prepared food to a customer in a polystyrene foam food container (a.k.a. Styrofoam). The compliance date for public schools is July 1, 2015.”  How kind of them to give us nearly 4 years, so then what is the point?   Why not put the guns to our heads right now?  Who here likes a slow death?

Supporters of this bill:  The Greenies say:  “The bill would also allow a school district that has a verifiable recycling program and recycles more than 60% of its foam foodware to continue to dispense food in foam after the ban goes in effect.”  “SB 568 would reduce the amount of polystyrene foam in the waste stream and environment.”   Take Action: “Write to your Assembly Member here and urge their support of this bill at the next vote.”    Dangers of Polystyrene Foam “Public health is also impacted by the use of all polystyrene food containers. Styrene can migrate from polystyrene containers into food and beverages when heated or in contact with fatty or acidic foods. Styrene residues are found in 100% of all samples of human fat tissue. Styrene is a carcinogen in lab animal testing, a potential human carcinogen and a neurotoxin”

Where SB568 Stands in Sacramento

Ok, they have had enough to say…we can see their side.  They are excited to be taking the life blood of a fast food joint and spilling in the streets.   If you want to learn more about being a green-commie in California you can go here:  Californian’s against waste there you can see for yourself how badly they want California to become a 3^rd world country while the likes of Nancy Pelosi and Al Gore parade around in Jets.  Folks, it’s for the kids, remember that.

God calls us to be good stewards, of everything.  We should be good stewards of our money, of our lives and probably even the earth.  I like to think I am a good steward of all three, I recycle when possible, I avoid over use of things such as napkins, plastic cups, etc.  I reuse my store plastic bags, by using them as garbage bags.  Most of us do this, granted there is some that over use everything but isn’t there a bad banana in every bunch?  I will also give the greenies this, they are right if we are not careful we will make our habitats unpleasant to live in.  I can accept that, it is logical.

Our environment is cleaner that it was in the 50s, 60s and 70s we no longer have Lake Erie dead and the Cuyahoga River on fire.  We simply do not have the environmental issues that we had.  We have done a remarkable job cleaning up our messes.  What the greenies are asking for is much more than what God asks of us.  He wants us to be good stewards; the Greenies want us to cease to exist.  They use words like ‘Sustainable’.  When you hear the word ‘Sustainable’ what they are really saying is “We will control your life”.  From the CAW website they say “In a modern age such as this, we can barely go about our lives without leaving our mark, so to speak. There is always hope to cut back our impact on climate change” What they really mean to say is “Don’t step any where unless we tell you it’s OK.”

Space limitations keeps me from going too deep on  ‘Sustainable Development’ so I will use the words Agenda 21, when you hear ‘Sustainable Growth or Development’ equate it with Agenda 21.  Do not be fooled by their implied intentions, the United Nations is using Agenda 21 to control our lives it starts with entities such as Californians Against Waste.  These groups pump money into lobbies to press for legislation such as SB568.  Legislation like SB568 pushes us closer to ‘The Sustainables’ which dictate to us what we can do, where we can live, how we can live OR IF we should live.  Sounds like a conspiracy theory?  It’s not, it’s real and it’s at full blown status here in California.  Agenda 21 did not start with the current Administration, even though they are propelling us to it faster than any other administration, it started with the first Bush.  I urge you to click this link to learn about Agenda 21, it’s a PDF outlining ‘Sustainable Lifestyles’, it’s a pact with the UN.

It is so important that we elect officials that are against implementing Agenda 21 or we will lose our Freedom as Americans.  A Republican does not mean Conservative.  The first Bush thought Agenda 21 was a good idea, Clinton loved the idea even more, GW I think he didn’t give it much thought (not giving him a pass either) but the current administration, the biggest culprit being Hilary Clinton (in MHO).   We are in real trouble here in California, we are in real trouble in America.  Please, get involved now, while we can still make a difference.  I have a friend, Barb she speaks on Agenda 21 here in Socal.  She has a facebook page called My Beloved America.  She is passionate on this subject and can answer any questions that you have.

Be wary of any conservative that uses the word Sustainable they are simply saying, “we will have you living in Urban Bubbles, working where we tell you or not working if we tell you.”  Why do you think a President would think that 99 weeks of unemployment would be a good thing?  If you are not working, you are dependent on the government, if you are dependent on the government, moving to Agenda 21 housing will be an easy move.  This Administration does not want to stop entitlement spending, they want to raise taxes to cover entitlement spending.  Why?  A dependent America is a pliable America.  Why would our government want to hurt us?  Don’t they have our best welfare at heart?  No, they don’t.  They do want to see a one world government where the people answer to a centralized government and people live not on their own property but property owned by an entity that could put you out if you don’t obey.  Yes they do.  A one world government would only benefit a few and would ultimately be the destruction of all of us, at the price of a few elites being wealthy and powerful.  Power and Pride corrupt the soul.

CA SB432 the Fitted Sheet Fiasco

I moved to California on July 5^th, 2008, my job relocated me here and I arrived only with what I could fit into my car and into my daughter’s car, I came with grand hope in the Golden State.  Beautiful scenery, the gorgeous coast, the jagged mountains the expansive desert, California has it all rolled up into one State.  Prior to coming here, I would have considered myself a dozing moderate sheep

The late Great State of California our employment here is 2 points above the national average, we are in the top 4 for the number food stamp recipients.   Employers are fleeing the state at the rate of 5 per week and we have a debt of $26 billion and nearly a $trillion in unfunded pension liabilities and our Legislature is focused on WHAT?  Fitted Sheets?   Who will pay for SB432?   The hotel industry will bear much of the cost and some may say “So what” but it will also affect bed and breakfasts as well as the small Mom and Pop shops that can barely meet the payroll .  This legislation sites “there are studies that purport to show a higher rate of injury for hotel cleaning staff than the national average” I have yet to see these studies.  If the cost of hotels go up to meet this requirement the tourist trade may slump as well.  Why come to California when you can go to Florida.  This is my thought, lifting a mattress is not any heavier than most factory jobs.  If you can’t do heavy lifting then you should not be in that job.  This is clearly the Nanny State gone wild.  Dear Lord:  Please send us a miracle, love, The State of California.

California’s SB432 also encompasses a “Mop mandate”.   The California State Senate recently passed SB 432 which will require hotels to provide housekeepers with long-handled mops in order to prevent workers from having to bend down to clean floors.  I have a better idea; let’s get the California State Legislators to work in the hotels for the employees.  If the legislature is hell-bent on Nannying, let’s have them go to work for the hotel workers and allow the employees to stay home and collect a pay check.  Sounds ridiculous right?  Not any less believable than a government imposing a mandatory Fitted Sheet law.  Someone once said, “If you can imagine it, it is possible”.  The California State Legislature has been imagining a lot of things and it’s time for a ‘do-over’ can we get a ‘do-over’ please?  Can we get them out or most of them out in 2012?  We need to take this state back.

I heard about SB432 in May when it was first introduced, our 77^th District Assemblyman Brian Jones spoke at our Woman’s group and mentioned it in passing and giggling he was listing several crazy bills that were being proposed.  I had a chance to get together with Brian Jones last night and he recalled talking about it and he again agreed it was foolish.  I checked with his staff and current The Fitted Sheet Fiasco bill is headed to the Assembly of Appropriations but it is currently suspended, the vote will be later this year.  I asked Brian how he was going to vote and it is a definite NO.  There is a movement under way to stop this bill from taking hold and NOW is the time to do it.  Petitions are the only weapon that We the People of the State of California have to fight back with.  We have elected in a monster that keeps eating our freedoms and our jobs.  Click here to learn how to Defeat SB432

A Brian Jones Staffer made several good points last night, my favorite being, why stop at mandating sheets?  They should push for 800 thread count too.  That sounds silly, but not as silly as the idea that a State with high unemployment, high debt and high taxes would create such a job killing bill.  None of this makes sense.  My brain starts to cramp when I think of adults sitting around in a room thinking this is a good idea.  If we want to protect each and every person from ever being harmed, let’s just go completely Socialist.  We can have people stay home and watch TV and allow only a select few have a job and have a life outside of their living area.  Oh wait, that is what we already have.  Does anyone out there ‘get it’?  I can’t be the only person in the State of California that is pulling my hair out regarding the direction this state is going, not even going, it’s GONE.  If California were its own country, Greece would look like Switzerland compared to us.  A few weekends ago, London was literally burning.  I don’t feel I would be over the line in saying that is headed to California.  Our population will rise up against Austerity measures if We the sane People don’t rise up and address the growing Socialism problem.

How long can the working people in California afford to support the non-working?  How many job killing bills must we endure that keep people from working?  When will our Representatives start making an effort to pay down our debt and cut taxes to bring employers back?  We the sane People need to gather and attempt to force real change in our legislature before we lose everything.

I ask, I dare anyone reading this to get active in taking back this state.  I know it seems hopeless and for the most part California is doomed, however do you really want that to be your final answer?  Please move.  Please step out of your comfort zone.  Please go to the petition sites and get active with them.  The progressive liberals did not take over, over night, it was a gradual process, but they do not yet hold all the keys to our prison.

California’s SB48 aka The Equality Act

I will approach this first from the State’s side.  I don’t normally do that, I am a hard core Christian Conservative clinging to my God and many guns.  I don’t feel there is a ‘State’ there is only We the People governing ourselves via elected Representatives.  I am setting the stage for you, if that second sentence offended you, then it’s time to flee right now.

FAIR Education Act is what Sacramento is calling SB48.  They thank the 18,000 Sheeple of California for passing it and they tout it as “An important bill!”  This is what they declare “The FAIR Education Act has been passed and signed by the Governor. Thank you to the more than 18,000 people who asked their legislators and the Governor to support this important bill!”  This is the link to the Bill, for those who want to read it.  Please keep in mind California has a population of an estimated 36 million people.

The Fair, Accurate, Inclusive and Respectful (FAIR) Education Act would amend the Education Code to include social sciences instruction on the contributions of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people. This bill would also prohibit discriminatory instruction and discriminatory materials from being adopted by the State Board of Education.

Sounds good doesn’t it?  Sounds like in an ideal world where we can command and regulate emotion and decide what is ‘Fair’ for the greater good.  I am only allowed about 950 words for this entry and my explanation of ’Fair’ goes beyond a thousand words.  You can define ‘Fair’ however you wish for this entry.  Let’s focus on the word discriminatory, its first known use was in 1828 and Webster defines it as “not fair: unfairly treating a person or group of people differently from other people or groups of people”.  I pose this question to the reader:  Is life fair?  Can you name an absolute situation of fairness?

Is it fair that the tax payers of California have to pay for the re-writing of 100s of Thousands text books so we can be Fair?  California is $26 Billion + in the hole.  Is it fair to students that they be forced to know which historical figure is Homosexual or Transgender rather than just knowing what their role in history was?   Why is there no legislation to have our Country’s real history published?  This is fodder for a separate entry, the history taught to your child is deliberately inaccurate.   You have to ask yourself this question, why is it so important to a very small percentage of the population to force their sex life upon the rest of us?  My motto is “Keep your bedroom out of my face and I will keep my face out of your bedroom”.

If America is in trouble, California is beyond hope.  Five employers leave California every week; the legal skilled labor force is leaving even faster and Sacramento is passing costly legislation designed to tout sexual practices of historical figures?  No one finds this absurd?  This year 725 new laws were enacted in California, that is down from last year, I will give them that but 725 new laws to further burden the already over burden tax payer and SB48 comes to us in the name of FAIRNESS.  What about jobs?

SB48 Goes too far and it costs too much and will lead to a further decline of the already moral lacking State of California.  There is an effort underway right now to put SB48 to a Vote, visit the website Stop SB48.  I am collecting signatures for the petition to put SB48 on the ballot and allow all registered Voters to ‘have a say’ on this issue since they are the ones footing the bill for the revision of the text books.  Even the liberal voice of the LA Times had this to say about SB 48 “it injects “controversial politics into the classroom” and puts politicians rather than academic experts in charge of curriculum at a time when classrooms need to focus on improving academic performance.”

This past Sunday I attended the Mother of Life conference at the USD campus on Linda Vista.  It is a Catholic event, I am not Catholic but I am a staunch Pro-Lifer, I was there to gather signatures for putting SB48 to a vote.  I was surprised by the amount of people with accents that eagerly signed this petition and asked for forms to take with them.  I was surprised at the number of college aged girls and boys who eagerly signed this petition.  I admit I had lost faith in immigrants to this country.  The current administration pulls them on board and tries to turn them against reason and principals in which this country was founded on.  The current administration (both State and Federal) reach out to our young people and let them know that loose morals or no morals is something to be embraced.

I gained some hope this past weekend, hope that not all immigrants are jumping on board the liberal bandwagon.  There are immigrants that have come here to America, that embrace its culture and the principles it was founded on.  There still are immigrants that come here not for the hand outs, but for a better life and they understand what it involves to keep America a great nation.  I am so glad that I had a chance to be a part of this conference and I am so glad that these immigrants reached out to me to show me that I was wrong.  If you are against SB48 or doubt its effectiveness please sign the petition to get it on the ballot.  Please go to www.stopsb48.com and download a petition now.

How to cause a stink with your liberal co-workers

I went grocery shopping Tuesday night and I picked up a sealed veggie tray, with broccoli, celery, grape tomatoes and baby carrots. It’s ‘use by’ date was tomorrow Friday. I took it to work at 5am this morning, but there was an emergency, …so I dropped everything to attend to it. I forgot to put it in the work fridge. Sometime around noon I remembered my veggies and I was hungry, so I opened it up. I thought it smelled like strong broccoli, then as I opened it up more the distinct odor of POOF. Then it was the POOF gone bad and then A POOF on steroids. I took it over to a co-worker who immediately screamed “What is that?” “Its veggies, want some?” I replied. I was getting bad looks from everyone. Our floor square footage is huge I would say 4000 to 6000 sq feet, with endless cubes, break room, network closets the space is vast. Then I discovered I had a following. People were chasing me from the area, covering their noses and gagging. Naturally I said “who cut the cheese?” really loud. Ok, so I realized I was not going to be able to eat my veggies, so I dumped them in the break room garbage….little did I know what a literal and figurative stink that was going to cause. I had to find housekeeping; did I mention all the windows on our floor are sealed? They are. Suddenly it was mass hysteria, people coming through the stairwell door or arriving via elevator entered our chamber of horrors gagging. Paul sits right by the elevator and I heard him explaining THAT IT WAS ME who had caused that smell, using no discretion at all! A Muslim lady OK? A MUSLIM lady said ‘What is that stink” waving her hand in front of her face glancing around for a window. “Someone turn on a fan” she said. THEN she said she had thought it was an India person microwaving their food I was ready to go with that story, then her cube neighbor said “Oh no it’s her” and then pointed at me. The entire floor had poked their heads out of their cubes to find out what that smell was. Sandy had her can of Lysol going, she sits next to Kurt and I just said “Kurt put your shoes back on”, but he was too busy gagging to hear me. I grabbed the can of spray from the bathroom but that just seemed to make it worse. I finally went down to security to see if they could turn on the A/c or FAN OR SOMETHING. He gave me a can of heavy duty industrial strength odor neutralizer and sent me on my way. I argued “People are dying up there, we need AIR”. He just chuckled. I took my industrial strength can upstairs and let me tell you when I got off the elevator that stench about knocked me over, it took a moment to regain my composure and I looked around at the carnage. I had finally destroyed the enemy and I toyed with the idea of returning that industrial strength can back to security and leaving for the day. Then..In the distance I saw someone who I actually like there and wasn’t a liberal. I did it for them, I took my spray can and pushed on through the wall of stank and deodorized my floor, then finally as if God were impressed with my ability to forgive, the a/c cut in and order was restored.
